A New Collaboration to Put Patients First and Accelerate Medical Discoveries
At All4Cure, we’ve always believed that patient‑centered care and collaboration hold the key to advancing precision medicine. Today, we’re proud to announce an exciting new chapter in that mission. We’ve entered into a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Exigent Research, a multi‑site clinical trials research organization based in Tacoma, Washington.
This partnership is about more than a contract — it’s about aligning expertise and resources to better serve patients and researchers. Together, All4Cure and Exigent Research will work to break down barriers between patients, medical teams, and researchers, making clinical trials more accessible and personalized than ever before.

What This Means for Patients and Care Teams
Through this agreement, All4Cure and Exigent Research will collaborate on projects that directly benefit patients and advance medical knowledge. Currently, we have three exciting efforts under review:
Two clinical trial matching programs — to help patients find trials tailored to their unique needs quickly and easily.
A clinical trial exploring a new hematology assay — to investigate its potential in advancing precision care.
Each of these projects reflects our shared commitment to putting patients first, streamlining access to trials, and making clinical breakthroughs more attainable.

A Common Mission for a Brighter Future
“This agreement formalizes a shared mission — to make cutting edge clinical trials available to patients where they live” said Dr. C. Anthony Blau, Founder and CEO of All4Cure. “Exigent’s status as a premier network for conducting oncology clinical trials in community settings makes them an ideal partner. Together, we can bridge critical gaps between patients, their medical teams, and researchers, improving the lives of thousands of patients affected by multiple myeloma.”
Exigent Research Vice President of Operations, Caroline Merillat, added, “We’re proud to collaborate with All4Cure to create a more seamless and effective experience for patients and researchers alike. By combining clinical site expertise with All4Cure’s digital patient platform, we’re building a stronger, smarter path from clinical discovery to patient care.”
